Any contracts, financial agreements, or service commitments made are strictly between the user (Client) and the selected third-party decor company (Vendor).

When submitting an inquiry through our Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any Vendor introduced through our Platform before entering into a formal agreement with them.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images on Joybouncelb.mom, is the property of Joybouncelb or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unrestricted use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Joybouncelb serves solely as an introductory platform. We shall not be held liable for any damages, disputes, financial losses, or dissatisfaction arising from the services provided by the third-party decor companies featured on this site. The Vendors operate independently of Joybouncelb.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
